Buy properties, collect rent, trade and build while keeping enough cash to meet your debts.
Buy, auction and build
An unowned property may be bought or sent to auction. Build evenly across an owned colour group. Mortgaged property earns no rent. Selling buildings and mortgaging property can help cover a debt.
Trade, jail and bankruptcy
A trade is effective only when the recipient accepts. Jail has separate dice, bail and card choices. If you cannot settle a debt, declare bankruptcy. The last solvent player wins.
